Instructions
Brew with Tzu Green T-BAG:

1. Remove Tea Bag from the foil envelop, and place it into a cup.
2. Add hot water (100C/212F) into the cup. 
3. Wait 15-20 minutes for fully release of EGCG.
4. Test to see if it’s too hot to drink, add cold water to cool it if necessary and enjoy as soon as possible.
