"The subject of time is a challenging one to balance out into "no-time" because of our busy, hectic lives, but it is one that you can gently work on while sitting behind your desk questioning why you’re there in the first place.

Now, you no longer have to allow past experiences to stay in the "past". You are waking up from the illusion. All experiences remain in a present, non-linear moment to be seen and accepted so that they can be released.

It really doesn’t matter if it was 5 minutes, 5 years, or 5 lifetimes ago. If experiences come up, are from the past, and cause ANY emotion, then they too are a part of your now. It is your "now". Thus if you are balanced, so are the experiences. If you have imbalances, so will they.

Shall they come up; greet them in your present moment while understanding that they are from the past. Your body, mind and spirit, however, are bringing them to your now to be honored in your now. Welcome them for showing up with no judgment about them and allow them to integrate into the Divine moment. This happens when they are seen and not held in a continuing past. This actually sets them and you free to blend into the beautiful, Divine Now."
