Expecting Mothers Birth and Breath Sessions

Consciously allowing the vital life force to move through mommy and baby greatly reduces the emotional and physical stresses of birth and pre-birth.  Here the natural rhythm of the breath is integrated into the natural flow of the birth process. "Labor" doesn’t have to mean struggle.

Email/IM Conscious Breath Sessions

Personally dedicated times to walk you through the unique fundamentals of the Conscious New and Expanded Breath.  Hour sessions are offered through the internet where I will work with you exclusively to answer questions and begin processing core fears, beliefs, and blockages that have held your life at bay in any fashion.  The goal is to move you into the expanded consciousness and beyond, in a way that is convenient for a hectic lifestyle.
