A Simple Beginning to The Path of Enlightenment

The O.A.R. Method - For The Enlightened Human

The Earth is evolving, and the humans upon the Earth are also evolving.  Challenging times prevail and inner struggles are unceasing in their advancement to the surface of each individual on this planet.

Is this bad?

No.

Is this the end?

Oh heavens no.  It’s the beginning of a new breath for humanity

The awareness of the soul’s cry to expand beyond its limited confines comes and goes. As a concept, enlightenment shows itself. It peeks around the corner at you and says that it’s coming, yet you still must live in this world and actively participate in humanity. But how do you actively participate in what you’re also asking yourself to move beyond?

This is a conscious enlightenment of the human being and no one is left behind. No one misses out on this greatest of great opportunities. Missing out on this would be impossible, as you are a part of the Earth and a part of the whole.

During this process, however, challenging times will occur. Belief systems that create your reality will be discovered and balanced so that you may move beyond them. And if you’re wondering if you can do this, the answer is yes! You will make it through. As your reality is clearly seen, it also becomes balanced.

It is the time to begin moving beyond our old knowledge, the beliefs we grew up with, and the fears that have held us captive.

The following is a "method" to see the entire structure very easily, and then lift the veil off of the structure to see what was beyond it. It, in its simple form, de-structures the structure of who you thought you were.

Observance

It is simple. It is SIMPLE to understand our complicated reality and begin moving beyond it by first understanding and becoming THE TRUE OBSERVER.

This is done by seeing that you actually do have an observer, a witness living within you that sees everything even though you may not be aware of it. This observer is always working within you, but you may not have been aware of it because it doesn’t consciously reside in the same place as the judgments that you carry.

The observer "sees" without judgment. The true observer understands that there is really no good or bad, light or dark, right or wrong. The observer stands beside the human and simply watches without any investment or attachment to the outcome. It is pure information without clouded beliefs, fears, or limits.

There’s a difference between observing and analyzing. Observance just watches, without any desire to change anything or fix anything. The observer sits the same way that you’re sitting right now and sees the same things you’re seeing right now, but with an attribute other than that of normal human observation. The observer does not use the human mind to watch.

The human mind is filled with the stories of your past, the judgments of yours and humanity’s rights and wrongs and the knowledge of what it has gathered to you so far as known information.

It uses an awareness or a consciousness that is a part of each of us.  It is NOT difficult to find if you can simply let go for a few moments.

There is a Divine Being standing right next to you, right now.  In its simplest form, it is a "bigger You", and the human "you" is just an aspect of that bigger You. In your imagination, you can go here very easily. All you are doing is taking a slightly different perspective on YourSelf. The Divine you IS there, there is no way it can’t be, but it is up to you to begin playing with it. It has been ignored for a very long time, and when it begins to be seen, it will come out and say hello to you.

What You’re really doing is learning to observe your human self from your Divine Self, then ultimately blending the two. But before the two can blend, they must first become aware of each other.

The observer knows that the human mind is filled with the knowledge of being human, and has the memories, fears, doubts, and judgments of being human running through it. Thus, the observer takes place beyond the mind and simply watches without judgment, like viewing a movie and knowing that you’re not personally involved in it.

When the observer forgets to observe and begins analyzing what the senses pick up, there’s an immediate comparison that takes place. There comes a need then to go to the past, whether it was a minute ago, or several years ago. As soon as this happens, the mind triggers emotions, and it becomes easy to get caught up in them and then, forget what is being observed. This means that the "human" has stepped in to try and keep you "safe" from your own evolution.

The observer wants to "see" the emotions to be neutralized, but not get pulled into the endless circle of emotions it is seeing.

The Human Observer

The human observer says that until you find a place of neutrality, where the human and Divine are blended, what you see and hear that causes a "charge" inside of you is definitely yours! If you become even slightly irritated, confused, or judgmental about ANYTHING, what you are seeing is your environment mirroring yourself back to you.

It means that you see something, and don’t exactly like it. It may be something about yourself, or it may be something "outside" of you, whether it’s a person, an inanimate object, or a law of society. It is something that is experienced and the human observer says that it is good or bad. With any type of emotion attached to what you experience, you will be limiting yourself to only your human observer and not moving beyond it.

You, the enlightened You has so beautifully set this up so that seeing yourself is not a difficult thing to do. Trust it.

The Enlightened Observer

The Enlightened, Divine observer tells you that you are everything and everything is you. It tells you that you are ONE. Whatever you may think of as outside of yourself is merely an aspect of you showing itself to you to be accepted. This means that whatever you see that you don’t like is actually You. The human you is just one of the aspects of the bigger, Enlightened, Divine You. A part of the Divine You is the human vessel that You have chosen in this lifetime to blend with.

The Enlightened Observer also helps you to get to the understanding that whatever you’re experiencing is not to be taken "personally" so that you can see it without judgment. It helps to move you beyond the emotion, which stems from the human mind, so that you can see it clearly and balance it. It is, at the very least, quite difficult to balance and neutralize something if you first, can’t see it, and second, do not understand what your balancing.

When you see a part of you, a person, or situation that you do not like, the Enlightened observer helps you to see it and not get caught in it. The Enlightened observer tells you that it’s not yours, meaning you are a Creator, and a Creator doesn’t get caught up in the emotion, fears, and judgments of the mind. The human observer takes in the information to see clearly so you can accept it much easier.

The integration of the Human and the Divine takes place as emotions and feelings become balanced. It takes place as the human part of you sees that emotion IS human, and yet understands that emotion can be balanced to the point of the human experiencing neutral emotion and feeling it.

Therefore, to the human part of you, the Human observer says that if there is emotion attached, to step aside and see the difference between who you really are, as opposed to what emotions you appear to make yours.

To the Divine part of you, the Divine observer says that once the emotion is balanced, what appears to be outside of you and not "yours" is actually a piece or aspect of you. It is a piece of you that you have called back home to be accepted as You, and that you are indeed not separate from all that you see.

So as you balance and neutralize each emotion that shows itself to you, you are also balancing the human aspects of yourself. This allows the human part of you to be cleared, by no longer holding energies that caused your reality to be restricted or limited because of your former beliefs.

Start observing things that you don’t have an attachment to so you can see how this works. Look at the floor and just see the floor for what it is. A floor. If you have judgments about the floor, step beside yourself and then just see the floor. It’s a floor. Period. Can you argue the fact that it’s a floor? This is pure, non-judgmental information, and is the beginning of utilizing the "brain" for divine understanding.

Acceptance

The first and easiest place to find acceptance is in the breath. It is the most natural activity that we humans experience. Simply take in a breath. There is automatic acceptance of life in the air that you breathe. When you exhale, there is an automatic release of that breath of acceptance.

Allow yourself to acknowledge this basic acceptance of life; that you were reborn into this human vessel. Accept that it lives and breathes in this layer of reality that you have chosen.

If you can accept that you are alive, then you can accept that others are also alive and that you gave yourself these others to look at. You gave yourself other people and things that are seemingly outside of yourself for observation.

All things that appear to be outside of your conscious self are just metaphors and pieces of you that you now choose to show yourself. They will take you to the end of your karmic path and show you how to lift the veil. At the end of your karmic path lies a sea of possibilities that were always there, and the way we experience acceptance is in the process of touching that vast sea of possibilities and evolving. Thus, once you can clearly observe and accept your understanding of these metaphors, they immediately evolve because of that basic acceptance.

Now just as the intangible energy of the breath can be accepted, so also can tangible energies be just as easily observed and accepted without difficulty.

Look down at the floor. When you observe the floor beneath you and feel that you are standing on it, you know it’s true. It’s true because it IS. It is a simple knowing that you are indeed standing on the floor. It’s not good or bad, right or wrong, it just is. Can you accept the floor beneath you?

Now, while your mind accepts the floor beneath you, move your hand to your heart. Feel yourself accepting the floor beneath you. Do you feel any pull or tug saying that it might not be true, or that you have any judgments on it? Probably not. Now hear yourself say, "I accept the floor" simply because it is. You will FEEL the difference. It’s relaxing the mental portion of you, and welcoming the Source in you. So simply accept it because it is. There is no need for any more fighting within when you begin to see the simply truths that you show yourself.

You don’t have to fight anything. If there is difficulty in accepting anything, understand that it’s simply a charge that you have for a specific outcome, and then, don’t judge that - accept it! Truly FEEL the acceptance of even that. You will start feeling a true acceptance, deeper than the acceptance of the human being. This is the beginning of divine acceptance. Source accepts and allows everything.

Now that you have observed that there is a floor beneath you, you accept it. Accept it as you breath air into your lungs. As the air goes in, allow the information to become embodied into ALL of you, from your toes to the tip of your head. Say to yourself, "Yes. This is a floor and I accept it only because it IS!" You get past the illusion of emotion and belief and you see truth. You accept it for what it is, just as a creator does. Feel yourself looking at a simple truth without judgment.

Anytime that you hit a simple truth, you will get a feeling that tells you it is a simple truth. It will not be complicated. It will feel good.

The deepest sense of self is found when you allow, totally, the circumstances you’ve chosen for this lifetime. It is when you finally say to yourself that you will look clearly, without judgment at every piece of you. As you do this, the opposite becomes allowed to integrate and there is a neutralization of the charge that told you it was bad or good.

Human Acceptance

There is the human form of acceptance, which is more like toleration.

Toleration has you saying to yourself that you will accept something even though you don’t like it. It has a misguided understanding that says what you don’t like will need to be changed or fixed. It lives in duality and tolerates it, so that you can move on to the next moment, again in duality.

Enlightened Acceptance

Enlightened acceptance is different than toleration. In Enlightened acceptance, there’s also no judgment or desire to change or fix anything. Enlightened acceptance sits the same way that you’re sitting right now. But, it sits there more peacefully because it understands that without emotion attached to what it is observing, it can easily accept what it sees.

True acceptance has no judgment. No judgment. The Divine observer will assist when emotion comes in to remind you that it is a living belief system inside of you.

With Divine acceptance, you will see that your body is simply the vessel that you chose for this lifetime and that whatever it sees, hears, tastes, smells, or touches is doing so as an expression of spirit. In other words, the You that is whole and completely Divine sees out of your human eyes, tastes from your lips, touches through your skin.

You know that it is now time for the human you and the Divine You to work together, and so, it is only in your not allowing that you will not be able to accept the existence that you have created to show you enlightenment.

This works with male and female, beliefs, religions, fears, owing, doubts, confusion, etc. It is no longer pushing this reality away, because the pushing creates this reality. It creates the old reality. We are moving away from the old reality. Pushing no longer works.

Does this take practice? Yes. It is actually the natural state of BEING, but at this point, there is only the memory of it. The brain and emotions will actually follow suite as the layers of belief systems become balanced and neutralized through the observation and acceptance.

Release

Human Release

When you hear the word "release", the mind usually goes to the thought of "letting go". With current belief systems, release can either mean one of two things. Each one holds an opposing duality. The first is letting go of something that you didn’t like and feeling like a weight has been lifted from your shoulders. You feel calmer, more relaxed and rested.

The second type of release has to do with giving something up. This can be done by quitting a "bad" habit or letting go of something that you own. Here, you think that you should let go, and therefore, do.

Both of these, simply, hold an emotional attachment. They both hold energy and energy is made up of positive and negative particles that attract themselves to each other. Positive is not good or bad, and negative is not good or bad. They are JUST a part of the equation that makes up matter and reality. It is our beliefs that make them appear to be good or bad.

Enlightened Release

First accept that you are the creator of your existence. When you see and accept that fact, you will then see and accept that you no longer want to hold ANYTHING.

To hold on to any type of energy is to feel safe. To feed your safety means that you are afraid that you may not be safe. Duality. Do you see how simple all of this really is?

Enlightened release holds no fear of the human consciousness or even the collective consciousness. There will be no emotional attachments from the past that hold a positive or negative charge, magnetizing them back to you. There will be no expectations of a future outcome because of those past attachments.

Therefore, if you let go of something that you didn’t like, there is still the judgment of not liking it, and you will magnetize that energy back to you. If you let go of something you did like, you will also be magnetizing dual energy back to you. There would still be judgment of good/bad and you will not be free.

What will happen is the energy will be magnetized back to you and you will not consciously understand why you have created this. Energy doesn’t have judgment; it just does as the creator asks. Thus whatever emotion or "charge" you have is exactly what you will create when you release with any judgment.

The blending of the human vessel with the Divine Oneness IS what is taking place on earth right now. Therefore, the Divine One IS everything and does not need to hold onto any energy because it already is that, and doesn’t have the fear of not being or not having anything.

The Divine Release is as natural occurrence of Divine Acceptance in that whatever is released, is done so to set the energy free. It is to no longer hold the energy, and not WANT to hold the energy. The energy must be set free. It no longer needs to be a slave to you, and you do not have to be its master. The human mind says that you must own it, not the Divine mind.

Release has no attachment to any part of the past and no expectation of what will happen in the future. It is FREE.

Now, if you can say that something no longer serves you when you release, then you say it without judgment. It is the same as a master setting a slave free. "It now has the freedom to create without my control". Therefore, you can no longer be a victim to it. If control is neutralized, so is the victim hood.

True release has no limitations. Our true release will "release" our limitations and our energies that have been stuck in the illusion.

As you move through your belief systems and balance them, you will also find that your environment begins to become more balanced.  Everything must take place inside before it is moved to the outside and seen as tangible.

Have fun with this!
